THE PEOPLE YOU NEED. A PLACE TO START.

Your plans.
Our introduction.

realestateagents.ae is a property lead-generation and introduction platform for the UAE. We help turn your property requirements into an enquiry for a participating agent.

How your enquiry reaches an agent

You choose whether you want to buy, rent, sell or invest, then share your preferred emirate, property type, budget, timing and contact details. With your permission, we use those details to look for a suitable participating agent.

Matching considers the agent’s coverage, services, property specialities and languages. Suitable agents receive enquiries in rotation. If no suitable agent is available, the enquiry remains with our management team for review. An introduction or response time is not guaranteed.

You choose what happens next

Submitting an enquiry does not appoint an agent, reserve a property or commit you to a purchase or tenancy. Discuss the proposed services and fees directly with the agent, check their current registration and review the agreement before proceeding.

We introduce participating agents. We do not claim to compare every agent in the market, independently rank the “best” brokers or endorse investment returns. Approval to participate in our platform is not government licensing.

Your information and choices

Your enquiry is available to our management team and the agent assigned to it. The form asks for permission to contact you and share the request. Our privacy policy explains how this works. You can use our privacy request form to withdraw contact permission or request access or deletion.

For property professionals

Agents can apply with their professional details, licence information, areas, languages and property specialities. Applications are reviewed before participation. Any commercial arrangements are agreed separately; participation does not guarantee a number of enquiries or completed transactions.

How we prepare our guides

Our guides help you prepare questions and find official information. We link to relevant government sources for registration and fee-agreement information and show the publication date. We do not present the guides as individual professional advice or as a substitute for checking the current terms of a transaction.
